62 Division organized and conducted a Shramadhana Campaign to clean the hospital premises of ‘Divisional Hospital Padavi-Sripura’ to mark the 71st National Day. Extending a message of the importance of unity, cooperation and harmony on an important day like National Day, 62 Division invited schoolchildren and their parents, community organizations and general public in the area to join with the Army in conducting this “Shramadana” Campaign.
Troops together with civilians cleaned the inside and outside of the hospital premises giving a fresh appearance, and repaired the broken furniture and broken floors of all the wards. 62 Division provided refreshments and lunch for the patients as well as the civilian participants in Shramadana Campaign.
