COMMERCIAL BANK JOINED HAND WITH SFHQ WANNI TO OPEN A NEW COMPUTER LAB

As an initiative of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) to enhance the educational welfare of students at far off areas in Wanni region, troops of 62 Division stepped forward to construct a computer laboratory at one of the remote area schools in Welioya Educational Zone MLT/ Paranagama Wewa Vidyalaya. This newly constructed computer laboratory was declared open by Commander Security Force (Wanni) Major General Dammika Jayasinghe on 05 October 2020.

The Headquarters Branch of Commercial Bank provided financial assistance to this computer lab and troops of 14 (V) Sri Lanka Light Infantry under 621 Brigade with the supervision of 62 Division constructed this computer lab.

This was a long felt need for students at Paranagama Vidyalaya and the Principal and his staff along with students extended their heartfelt gratitude to the Commercial Bank and Security Force Wanni in wake of fulfilling their timely requirement and Students will be facilitated to uplift their educational standards by this Computer lab.
