COMMANDER OF SECURITY FORCE (WANNI), VISITS HEADQUARTERS FORWARD MAINTENANCE AREA (MULLAITTIVU) AND UNDER COMMAND BATTALIONS

The Commander of Security Force (Wanni), Major General J P C Peiris RWP RSP ndc, visited the Headquarters of Forward Maintenance Area, Mullaittivu (MLT) and its under-command battalions on 06 August 2024.

The Commander of Security Force (Wanni) was warmly welcomed by the Colonel DBC Jayasinghe RSP psc MSc Commander - Forward Maintenance Area (MLT) along with the Commanding Officers. During his visit, appeared for a group photograph and he was briefed on the responsibilities, roles, and tasks of the FMA (MLT) and respective battalions. Then, visiting Commander of Security Force (Wanni)addressed the troops, highly appreciated the work doing by the FMA (MLT) and visit the under command logistic battalions and Army Base Hospital (MLT).

Thereafter, concluding the days’ proceedings the Commander Security Force (Wanni) penned down a complimentary note in the visitors’ book. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
