COMMANDER SECURITY FORCE WANNI CONTINUES HIS VISIT TO FIELD FORMATIONS

The Commander Security Force, Wanni Major General WLPW Perera RWP RSP ndu visited 62 Infantry Division and its under command Brigades and Battalions on 07th November 2020 after assuming duties as the 21st Security Force Commander of SFHQ Wanni.

Abiding the military formalities, the visiting Commander was honoured with a Guard Turnout at HQ 62 Inf Division and was invited to troop address. GOC 62 Infantry Division Major General MKS Silva RWP RSP ndu, conducted a presentation on operational deployment, role and task of 62 Inf Div to the visiting Commander.

The visit included HQ 621,622 and 623 Bdes, followed by11 GW,14 (V) SLLI and 9 GR BNs.

General Officer Commanding 62 Infantry Division, all Brigade Commanders Senior Officers SFHQ (Wanni), and Bn Command’s of 62 Inf Div took part the visit.
