CLEAN-UP SHRAMADANA PROGRAMME AT OUR LADY OF MADHU AND ST. XAVIER CHURCHES

Church building and surrounding areas of Our Lady of Madhu and St. Xavier churches situated in Mannar were cleaned by 24 Gajaba Regiment troops serving under the 653 Infantry Brigade of the 65 Infantry Division inorder to facilitate people participating for masess during Christmas season on 22 and 23 December 2020.

The event was held under the supervision of the Major General D M T Dissanayaka RSP USP Commander of the 65 infantry Division and the Brigadier J M S G B Jayamaha RWP RSP USP Commander of the 653 infantry Brigade as instructed by Major General W L P W Perera RWP RSP ndu Commander of the Security Force (Wanni) with the dedication of the Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel C M C Pushpakumara RWP RSP and all rank of the 24 Gajaba Regiment.
