BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN ORGANIZED BY 213 INFANTRY BRIGADE

Blood Donation Programme was held at Headquarters 213 Infantry Brigade Gajasinghepura on 04th October 2021 with the assistance of Blood Bank of General Hospital Vavunia coincide with the 72nd Sri Lanka Army Anniversary under the patronage of General Officer Commanding 21 Infantry Division Major General W R M M Rathnayake RWP RSP USP ndu.

This Blood Donation Programme was implemented according to the concept of The Commander Security Force (W) Major General C D Ranasinghe RWP RSP with the guidance of The Commander 213 Infantry Brigade Colonel L G J N Ariyathilake RWP RSP

.

The Programme was succeed with the participation of more than 100 members belongs to Headquarters 213 Infantry Brigade, 2nd Battalion Mechanized Infantry Regiment, 5th (V) Battalion Sri Lanka Light Infantry, 4thBattalion Sri Lanka National Guard and Mechanized Infantry Training Centre including two clergies from nearby temple. The Brigade Commander, Senior Staff Officer of 213 Infantry Brigade, Commanding Officers of under Command battalions and medical team of general hospital Vavunia, headed by Dr. R. Hinduja took part in this campaign.
