BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN CONDUCTED IN 54 INFANTRY DIVISION AOR

As per the request of Director Murunkan Base Hospital Dr Shammika blood donation campaign was conducted at Murunkan Base Hospital in ward No 1 for the blood needed patients in Murunkan area under the guidance of General Officer Commanding 54 Infantry Division Major General DharshanaWijesekara RWP RSP USP rcds psc and with close supervision of Brigadier W S V Feranando USP IG Commander 542 Infantry Brigade and with the coordination of 15 (V) Gamunu Wach on 24th February 2022 with the participation of 03 X 45 blood donors serving under the 54 Infantry Division AOR.

The Commander 542 Infantry Brigade, Civil Affairs Officer 542 Infantry Brigade, Commanding Officer 15 (V) Gamunu Wach, Officers, Doctors and the hospital staff of the Blood Bank participated the campaign. Refreshment was followed by the campaign for all the participants and the blood donors.
