BICYCLE & SCHOOL ITEMS DONATION PROGRAMME CONDUCTED AT 611 BRIGADE
Under the guidance of General Officer Commanding - 61 Division Brig DMWWWMRBM Daulagala RSP, 611 Brigade conducted a bicycle & School items donation on 22nd May 2014 at HQ 611 Brigade. 25 bicycles and stationeries were donated to 25 underprivileged students from the area, sponsored by the foundation of goodness.
611 Brigade along with 25 SLLI, 9 SLSR Unit provided Tea and lunch for all students and the parents participated. Manager Sector Development of the foundation of goodness Mrs. Fazana Ibrahim and other staff members of the foundation of goodness, Commander 611 Brigade Col MP Lamahewa USP, Commanding officer 25th Sri lanka light infantry, Commanding officer 9 Sri Lanka Singhe Regiment were also participated for the event.
