The annual sand bedding ceremony of Ruwanwali Maha Saya was held on 3, 4 and 5 Mar 23 under the patronage of Commander Security Force (Wanni) Major General Champaka Ranasinghe. More than 250 troops were participated for the event from 21 Infantry Division and Forward Maintenance Area (North Central). and under Command Brigade and Battalion. In this more than 400 sand cube were bedded after refinery been done Covering 800 square meters on the sacred ‘‘vali Maluwa”.
