The annual katinapinkama programme was held at the Mannar, Manthei Mathota Rajamaha Vihara temple, which is located in 54 Infantry Division are as, on 19 and 20 October 2024. All organizational tasks for this Katina Maha Pinkama were organized by troops of the 10 (V) Gamunu Watch under the guidance of the General Officer Commanding of 54 Infantry Division and the Commander 541 Infantry Brigade.
The Programme conducted by with the participation of the Major General RPARP Rajapaksha RSP General Officer Commanding 54 Infantry Division, Commanders of the 541, 542, and 543 Infantry Brigade, Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks as well as sister servicers and police in the Mannar area. Further, financial sponsorship for the event was provided by Mr. Dhammika Fernando and Mrs. Devika Fernando from the Kadawatha area.
