ADMISSION OF NEW COMERS TO THE BOGASWEWA VIDYALAYA
Under the guidance of the General Officer commanding 56 Division Brigadier D A R Ranawaka RSP IG, the division headquarter organized a welcome ceremony for the new comers at Bogaswewa Maha Vidyalaya on 16 January 2014. 60 students were entered to the grade one class and all of them were offered with special prize. Coincide with admission of the students, a temporary school building which was made by Sri Lanka Army was inaugurated and 98 foot bicycles were distributed among the villagers.
Additional secretary to the Presidential Task Force for Resettlement, Development and Security - Northern Province, Mr. CP Siriwardana graced this event as the chief guest, and large number of villagers, School children, and military persons were among the present.
