Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) celebrated the 73rd independence day under the instruction of Commander Security Force (Wanni) Major General D M H D Bandara RWP RSP USP on 4th February 2021 with the participation of all Officers and Other Ranks of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni).
The formal function was held in front of the main office complex of Headquarters Security Force (Wanni) and thereafter a tree planting programme was conducted in the camp premises. Brigadier General Staff Brigadier K G M S Fernendo, Colonel Administration and Quartering Colonel J Ranahewa ATO, all Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and Civilians serving in Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) made their presence during this occasion.
