In line with the National day Celebrations of 72nd Independence Day, District Secretary of Vavuniya organized a simple ceremony by having a parade of school children of Vavuniya Education Zone and hosting the National Flag on 4th February 2020 at the Public Ground in Vavuniya.
Parliament Minister Mr Kadar Musthan, District Secretary of Vavuniya Mr Saman Bandulasena, GOC 21 Div Major General Kumar Jayapathirane RSP participated to the event Representing the Security Force (Wanni) Command Major General Rohitha Dharmasiri ndu psc, Senior Officers from the Army, and Police Officers made their presence during this occasion.
