621 Brigade organized a donation programme of donating water filters and T- Shirts in view of enhancing the welfare for Civilians in Nikawewa (South) village on 01 March 2020 at the Community Hall at Ethawetunawewa - Welioya.
The programme, was conducted under the Supervision of General Officer Commanding 62 Division Major General Dhammika Jayasinghe. 50 Water Filters and Considrable number of T- Shirts were distributed among the civilians of Nikawewa (South) village. This donation was sponsored by Rotary Club of Colombo Central as a request made by the Commander 621 Brigade Colonel AP Wickramasekara USP psc.
Commander 621 Brigade Colonel AP Wickramasekara USP psc, Chairman of the Rotary club Colombo Central Gayan Samaraweera, Doctor Anura Rathnayaka, Members of Rotary Club, Commanding Officer 14 (V) Sri Lanka Light Infantry, Senior Officers, officers,Other Ranks of 621 Bde and Villages participated for this programme.
