Prioratising the military customories, troops of 62 Division marked the dawning of year 2019 with the presence of Genaral Officer Commanding 62 Division Brigadier Dammika Jayasingha .
The Formal ceremony was commenced hoisting the National Flag and the Division provided milk rice for villages in near by to the Headquarters 62 Division.
The event was organised under the supervision of Genaral Officer Commanding Brigadier Dammika Jayasingha.
Senior Officers, Officers and number of Other Ranks of Headquarters 62 Division were presentat the occassion.
