62 DIVISION DONATED NEWLY CONSTRUCTED HOUSES TO CIVILIANS
Collaborating with 623 Brigade, 62 Division, has donated two newly constructed houses to the owners at Weherathanna village, on 07th December 2014. In this occasion, the chief sponsor, consultant (oncology) Dr Krisantha Perera (Karapitiya General Hospital) and Mrs Ajantha Vithanage had laid a foundation stone for constructing of another house.
This event had been organized by the Commanding Officer of 26 SLSR Lieutenant Colonel A M S D B Adikari with the guidance and direction of the General Officer Commanding of 62 Division Brigadier K G D Perera RWP RSP USP IG and under the supervision of Brigade Commander 623 Brigadier J Thanthiriwaththa RSP.
