According to a noble concept initiated by the, Brigadier B A M P Balasuriya RSP Commander 212 Infantry Brigade a workshop was conducted for Warrant Officers & Senior Non Commission Officers on 11 August 2025 at 212 Infantry Brigade Headquarters, Ranasewapura - Anuradhapura.
During this training program, guest lecturers delivered informative lectures on the following topics, and 53 Warrant Officers & Senior Non Commission Officers from 21 Infantry Division, 212 Infantry Brigade, 7 (V) Sri Lanka Armoured Corps and 4 Sri Lanka National Guard were participated.
a. Traditions and Customs of the Sri Lanka Army.
b. Fire Fighting and practical use of equipment.
c. Introduction to ration specification of Sri Lanka Army and how to obtain and reject the fresh and dry ration.
d. Planning, organizing, execution and management of field tasks.
