Under the guidance of Major General I A N B Perera RWP USP ndu psc, the General Officer Commanding of the 21 Infantry Division, an informative and timely lecture on "Mental Health and a Satisfying Life" was held. The lecture was attended by Officers and Other Ranks of the 21 Infantry Division, as well as it’s under command Brigades, Battalions, and Forward Maintenance Area North Central. The event took place at the 21 Infantry Division lecture hall on 14th of December 2023.
This deeply moving lecture was conducted by Brigadier (Dr.) RMM Monaragala USP, Consultant Psychiatrist, and his team from the Army Mental Health Unit. During the programme, the participants impart an insightful education on mental health and how to achieve a satisfied and success life as a military person. There are a total of 23 officers and 183 other ranks participated for segment.
