Under the direction of the Commander Security Forces (Wanni), Colonel of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment and Competent Authority for Resettling IDP’s in Northern Province Major General MHSB Perera RWP RSP ndu psc, The General Officer Commanding Major General KMU Wijerathna USP ndu conducted devotional song programme by the names of MATHOTA VESAK GEE SISILA at the SF HQ Auditorium in the evening on 20 May 2014 the Commander Security Forces (Wanni) graced the occasion as the chief guest. These devotional song approached to mark the Loard Buddha’s distinctive three episode birth, enlightenment and Parinibbana.
The event was successfully coordinated by the Brigadier PSRL Rajakaruna Lsc BAQ SF HQ (W) and Brigadier HP Seneviratne USP - BGS SF HQ (W) as well as Officers and Other Rankers of 54 Division.
MATHOTA VESAK GEE SISILA concert presented by the Bethi Gee group of 54 Division. Specially one Tamil Bethi Gee Song also included and it was historical event presented by Tamil women soldier S-Nirajani.
