BASIC SWIMMING AND LIFESAVING COURSE NO. 22 CONCLUDED SUCCESSFULLY

With the guidance of the Commander Security Force (Wanni) Major General J P C Peiris RWP RSP ndc, the Basic Swimming Course No. 22, held from 05 November 2024 to 13 December 2024, under the supervision of 21 Infantry Division successfully concluded at the Security Forces Headquarters (Wanni) swimming pool in Anuradhapura on 13 December 2024.

The occasion was graced by General Officer Commanding 21 Infantry Division Major General WMSCK Wanasinghe RSP USP as the chief guest.

The course, which aimed to enhance the swimming and lifesaving skills of military personnel. With the concept of the General Officer Commanding 21 Infantry Division course participants also

01 Officer and 30 Other Rankers successfully completed the course.

S/288791 Signalmen Lakshan JAM of the 4th Sri Lanka Signal Corps was awarded as the Best Student of the course for his outstanding performance.
