Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps Seva Vanitha Branch was organized a special programme for 34 female patients who is undergoing residential treatment and its staff at Ward No. 05 of the National Institute of Mental Health, Mulleriyawe on Tuesday 26th September 2023 under the guidance and supervision of Mrs. Shyamali Wijesekera, President of Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps Seva Vanitha Branch. the President deeply looked into the well-being of the women patients who is undergoing treatment and its staff at the hospital. Further, SLAWC Seva Vanitha Branch arranged a special musical program and offered evening tea for them.

Troops of 3 Volunteer Battalion of Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps offered a special lunch to elderly fathers of “Sarana” Elders home at Sandunpura on 11 July 2023. This Programme was organized and initiated by all ranks of 3(v)SLAWC with the supervision of Major Harshi De Silva, the Commanding Officer of 3(v)SLAWC under the guidance of Mrs. Shyamali Wijesekera, President of Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps Seva Vanita Branch. During the latter part of event entertainment programme was held including musical event to bring little happiness for their lives. Further there was a distribution of gifts packs including essentials items for the elders at ‘Sarana’ Elders Home.
