UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF ASVU SLAWC SEVA VANITHA BRANCH CONDUCTED ANOTHER CHARITY WORK

Under the leadership of Mrs. Janaki Liyanage, President of the Sri Lanka Army Seva Vanitha Unit, the completion of remaining construction tasks for a semi-detached house belong to S/R102328 Pte Lakmali DMN of the 3(V)SLAWC was facilitated by a financial contribution totaling Rs. 450,000 by the Sri Lanka Army Seva Vanitha Unit. The initiative received additional support and supervision from the Commander of SFHQ (EAST) and the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps, Major General MKUP Gunaratne RSP ndu psc IG, emphasizing their dedication to the project's success.

Further, the financial support for this project was extended by the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps (SLAWC) and the associated SLAWC Seva Vanitha Branch. Additionally, labor assistance was provided by the Engineer Service Regiment, the 3(V) Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment, and the 3(V) SLAWC Unit, all operating under the purview of SFHQ (EAST). This collaborative effort underscores the multifaceted support garnered from various entities within the Sri Lankan Army, emphasizing a concerted approach towards the project's realization.

The commanding officer of the 3(V) Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps, Major HHH De Silva SLAWC, along with officers from the Regimental Centre and those representing the 3(V) SLAWC, actively participated in this significant event, demonstrating their commitment and involvement in its proceedings.
