CLEARING OF THE PUBLIC WELL IN THE KOPAWELI AREA

Due to recent adverse weather conditions experienced across the island the pubic well used by the civilians in the COPAWELI area for drinking water requirements had became contaminated as a result of the flooding. Under the guidance and overall supervision of the commander 232 infantry Brigade and the Commanding Officer the 4th Battalion Gw a team Consisting of 1 x 10 troops from the unit was deployed and the well was cleaned on 4 December 2025
