COMMUNITY WELFARE PROGRAM CONDUCTED BY THE 2(V) BATTALION OF THE GAJABA REGIMENT

Under the guidance of the Commander Security Forces (East), Major General P. R. Pathiravithana, USAWC psc, and the close supervision of the General Officer Commanding of the 22 Infantry Division, the troops of the 2(V) Battalion of the Gajaba Regiment successfully organized a community welfare program on 23 April 2025 at the Revatha Children's Home in Trincomalee.

As part of the program, lunch was provided to the children and staff of the home, which is located within the area of responsibility of the 2(V) Battalion of the Gajaba Regiment.

To ensure the success of this welfare initiative, the with senior officers, officers, and other ranks, actively participated in the event.
