TROOPS OF 15 BATTALION SRI LANKA LIGHT INFANTRY REGIMENT ORGANIZES A DRY RATION DONATION PROGRAMME

Under the guidelines and supervisions of the Commander, Security Forces - East, Major General Sujeewa Hetiarachchi, the 15th Battalion Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment organized a Dry Ration donation programme on Saturday (12).

In response to a report published on the social media of “Facebook” asking for help for a “destitute” family whose father died Village of “Mollipothana,Thabalagamuwa”, Accordingly, in response to that, parcels containing dry rations and stationery was given to the Family by the troop of 15th Battalion Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment with the patronage of “expert chef” Mrs. Thilini Withanage.

Furthermore, Second in Command Officer, 15th Battalion Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment, and Other Ranks took part in the Event.
