CAPTURE OF ILLEGAL TREASURE HUNTING

According to an information received by 7 Military Intelligence Corps, Intelligent troops (attach to 222 Infantry Brigade) together with Kanthale police stations officials, three persons arrested with two crow bar and one water pump while they are treasure hunting on 31st October, Suspected persons with illegal Equipment were handed over to the Kanthale police stations for further investigations.

Commander, Security Forces (East) together with General Officer commanding, 22 Infantry Division and Commander of the 222 Infantry Brigades closely monitor above raids and that will uplift the confidence of general public over military.
