Considering the humanitarian need for access to drinking water, a new drinking water scheme was installed by the troops of 4 GW in Batticaloa area and vested with 125 families on Friday (03) during a simple ceremony held at Rajathureinagar Pulleyar Kovil Premises, Btticaloa.
