BRITISH DELEGATION ON EXERCISE SPEAR MEETS COMMANDER SF (EAST)

The Operational Liaison and Reconnaissance Team (OLRT) of United Kingdom Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ), headed by Colonel David Ashman of British Royal Army, Defence Advisor to British High Commission met Major General Aruna Jayasekera the Commander Security Forces (East) at the Headquarters 231 Brigade Batticaloa, on 15 Monday.

The delegation mainly intended to discuss with the Commander SF (E) on the upcoming Exercise Spear, a pre-deployment training exercise scheduled to be held in Sri Lanka in the month of October.

An exchange of mementos culminated the discussion.
