CELEBRATION OF THE 14th ANNIVERSARY OF SECURITY FORCE HEADQUARTERS (EAST)
Security Force Headquarters (East) conducted a series of activities on account of celebrating its 14th anniversary in grand scale commencing from 25 to 28 Oct 2017. On the instructions of Commander SF (East) Major General Nandana Senadeera WWV RWP RSP USP ndu, a religious programme at Somawathiya Raja Maha Viharaya and a special pooja at Mahasen Dewalaya, Minneriya were organized in the light of obtaning blessings for troops in SF (E) AOR and bestowed merits to all War Heros who sacrificed their lives for motherland.\r\n Further, an all rank lunch and a troops address by Comd SF(E) were among the segments of the commemorative events. Finally, the anniversary celebrations concluded with a musical extravaganza amidst of the performances of Beat Group and the Dancing Troupe of Army on 28 Oct 2017. Comd SF East, BGS, BAQ and all other Staff Officers of SF HQ (E) were in attendance for the events.\r\n
