1. We all belong to different organizations. So it is vital to study of human behavior in organizational setting, the interface between human behavior and the organization.\r\n\r\n2. According to history, terms such as Objectives, mission, strengths and Weaknesses first were formulated to address problems on the battlefield. Later the same concepts were applied in the business field.\r\n\r\n3. To discuss on the topics of ‘Motivation’ ‘Diversity’, and ‘Communication’ and Quality System, the Officers of 23 Division organized their second workshop in management with the collaboration of eminent personalities from the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka.\r\n\r\n4. Dean, Faculty of Management and Commerce of the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, Dr. S Gunapalan PhD and the senior lecturers of the South Eastern University; Mr. Kaldeen Mubarak, Mr. Hussain Thowfeek and Mr. MAM Sameem conducted a full day workshop on the said topics on 30 March 2017 at the Headquarters of the 23 Division.\r\n\r\n5. 60 officers of the 23 Division enthusiastically participated for the programme and all lectures were resulted to upgrade the knowledge of the participants.\r\n\r\n
