WORKSHOP ON \"SUCCESSFUL FAMILY LIFE AND HEALTH\" BY MRS. RATHNA PUSHPA KUMARI FOR SLAWC TPS IN SF (E) AOR
Two workshops on “Successful family life and health” meant to educate the troops on the importance of happy life and adhering to good health practices in day to day life, were held at 3 (V) SLAWC at Dehiattakandiya and 5 (V) SLAWC at Trincomalee on 23 and 24 January 2017.\r\n\r\n On an invitation by Major General Darshana Hettiarrachchi RSP USP ndu psc Commander Security Forces (East), a popular orator, TV and Radio presenter, counselor, resource person for attitude development and leadership, Mrs. Rathna Pushpa Kumari educated the women soldiers about the success and healthiness of family life. During this two days program, Mrs. Rathna Pushpa Kumari connected her personal/working experience to explain how best the participants could create a joyful family life, amidst of modern and busy life schedule that threatens to overwhelm them.\r\n\r\nA large number of Officers and ORs of two SLAWC Battalions attended both workshops which were very educative, interesting and thought provoking.\r\n
