Commander Security Forces (East) visited 3 (V) Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corp deployed in, Sandunpura Dehiaththakandiya on Saturday, 14 January 2017.\r\nOn arrival, the visiting Comd SF (E) was given with a formal Guard Turnout at the entrance of Bn HQ and thereafter he was warmly welcomed by Maj L P L De Silva SLAWC, the Commanding Officer.\r\nDuring the visit, the Comd SF (E), planted a Mango sapling to mark his visit to 3 (V) SLAWC followed by a troops address and all ranks lunch. A comprehensive briefing was conducted by the CO at her office and Coy Comds of 3 (V) SLAWC had an opportunity to discuss their difficulties and requirements with the Comd SF (E).\r\nCol AQ and Col GS of SF HQ (E) too accompanied the Comd SF (E) during the visit.\r\n
