Commander Security Forces (East) visited 5 (V) Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corp deployed in Clappenburg,Trincomalee on Sunday, 08 Jan 2017.\r\nOn arrival, the visiting Comd SF (E) was given a formal guard turnout at the entrance of Bn HQ and thereafter he was warmly welcomed by Maj DHS Fernando SLAWC, the Commanding Officer.\r\nDuring the visit, the Comd SF (E), planted a Mango sapling to mark his visit to 5 (V) SLAWC followed by a troops address and all ranks lunch.\r\nLater on, briefing by the CO was taken place at the conference hall and the CO and Coy Comds’ of 5 (V) SLAWC had an opportunity to discuss their difficulties and requirements with the Comd SF (E).\r\nBGS and Col AQ of SF HQ (E) too accompanied the Comd SF (E) during the visit.\r\n
