1. Eminent Educator, Speaker, Trainer, Consultant and a Writer in Peak Performance, Mind Body Wellness, Family Enrichment, Character Building and Personal Effectiveness, Mr Nalaka Hewamadduma conducted two workshops at 23 Division, Punani on 17 September 2016.\r\n\r\n2. The first workshop was conducted for the NCO’s of 23 Division, under command Brigades/Battalions and school children from 4 schools in Welikanda area. The second workshop was conducted for the Officers and Senior NCO’s of 23 Division, under command Brigades/Battalions. \r\n\r\n3. Both workshops were very educative, interesting and thought provoking. The participants at both workshops were really happy for giving them an opportunity to listen to an eminent speaker like Mr Nalaka Hewamadduma. Mr Hewamadduma spoke about Happy Life / Well Being / Achieving Goals during the first workshop and he spoke about Effective Leadership during the second workshop. \r\n\r\n4. Approximately 75 Officers, 250 SNCOs, 300 NCOs and 200 school children participated at above mentioned workshops held at Aselapura Maha Vidyalaya on 17 September 2016.\r\n
