ART OF LIVING WORKSHOP AT SECURITY FORCES HEADQUARTERS (EAST)
Security Force Headquarters (East) organized a workshop on ‘Art of Living’ with collaboration of the Art of Living Foundation of Sri Lanka, at SF HQ (East) premises from 21-25 Aug 2016 with the intention of enhancing the self-confidence among troops to take any challenge meet in day-to-day life. \r\n During the workshop, participants got an opportunity to learn some basic ‘Yoga’ postures and breathing techniques and they were educated on how to enjoy a simple and joyful life.\r\n The five day workshop was coordinated by the Dir Psy Ops - AHQ under the direction of the Commander of the Army. Mr Rajgopal Krishnan, instructor from India and Mr Lanka Jayasekara from Art of Living Foundation of Sri Lanka conducted the program.\r\n A total of 30 group consists of 7 Officers and 24 ORs’ serving in the East AOR were benefitted from the workshop. \r\n
