WORKSHOP AT 23 DIVISION FOR SENIOR NON COMMISSIONED OFFICERS IN SF (E) AOR
The 23 Division organized a workshop for SNCOs\'in SF (E) AOR and the workshop had scheduled for 03 x days from 05th Apr to 07th Apr 2016. The objective of the workshop was to educate SNCO\'s on their duties, responsibilities and the qualities expected from them.rnrnThe workshop was conducted by retired WO 1 KHA Seneviratna of the Corps of Engineers. WO 1 KHA Senevirathna was a well known figure amongst most of the Officers in the Army as he has served at the Sri Lanka Military Academy as an instructor for about 18 x yrs. It was expected that his wealth of knowledge and experience will definitely upgrade the standards of the SNCO\'s who attended the workshop. A total of 156 SNCOs\' attended the workshop.
