VISIT OF COMMANDER OF THE ARMY LIEUTENANT GENERAL A W J C DE SILVA RWP VSV USP ndu psc
The Commander of the Army Lieutenant General A W J C De Silva RWP VSV USP ndu psc visited 24 Division in Security Force (East) on 14 March 2016. On his arrival Commander 24 Division Major General P M R Bandara WWV USP ndu psc warmly welcomed him in accordance with military formalities. The Commander addressed a gathering of nearly 1000 troops of the 24 Division, where he highlighted the importance of training, maintenance of discipline and relationship with the general public. After the troop address the Commander of the Army visited Buddangala Temple.
