DECLARING OPEN OF NEWLY CONSTRUCTED \"SANGAWASAYA\" IN BODHIRUKKARAMAYA TEMPLE
A timely initiative of Brig N Hathurusinghe psc IG Hdmc of Comd 233 Bde, a newly constructed \"Sangawasaya\" at Sri Bodhirukkaramaya Temple was declared open by the Commander, Security Force (East) Maj Gen NJ Walgama RSP USP ndu psc at Mailankarachchi on 10 June 2015. Financial assistance to construct the building was born by Mr. SA Somarathna while the manpower was provided by Army troops of 233 Brigade. A tree planting was also taken place to mark this event at the temple premises. Comd 233 Bde, COs along with several other Military and Civil Officials were made their presence in this meritorious deed.
