SECURITY FORCES HEADQUARTERS (EAST) CELEBRATE THE ESALA POYA FESTIVAL AT WALIKANDA
Security Forces Headquarters (East) Celebrated the Esala Poya Festival along with a Sil observing Campaign, Darma Discussion, Alms Giving and a Boodhi Pooja Programme on 12 July 2014 at Security Forces Headquarters (East), Walikanda. Maj General Lal Perera, Commander, Security Forces (East) also made his presence with the officers who are serving in Security Forces (East), Walikanda.
