SECURITY FORCE HEADQUARTERS (EAST) FACILITATED A LECTURE FOR THE OFFICERS SERVING IN THE AREA. CONDUCTED BY SENIOR ATTORNEY AT- LAW MR GOMIN DAYASIRI ON THE TOPIC 13TH AMENDMENT AND ITS IMPLICATIONS
A lecture was conducted by senior Attorney at - Law Mr Gomin Dayasiri on the topic of 13th amendment to Sri Lankan constitution and its possible implications on 18th Dec 2013 at Security Force Headquarters (East). The session was successfully conducted with the participation of nearly 240 officers with Brigade Commanders, Battalion Commanding officers and other senior officers attending.
