10TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS OF SECURITY FORCES HEADQUARTERS (EAST) BEGUN WITH AN ALL NIGHT PIRITH CEREMONY AND AN ALMS GIVING
10th Anniversary Celebrations of Security Forces Headquarters (East) begun with an all night Pirith Ceremony and an alms giving conducted at Security Forces Headquarters (East) premises ,Welikanda on 26th and 27th October 2013. Major General Lal Perera ,the Commander, Security Forces (East) along with several Officers participated for the function.
