24 th Sri Lanka National Guard Located at Sinhapura Under 233 Bde of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) area, Constructed an Elephant Fence at Sinhapura Village with the Assistance of Villagers in the area for the Protection of Villagers in the area and their Paddy Fields on 14 June 2013.
