WORKSHOP FOR OFFICERS AND OTHER RANKS ON CHARACTER BUILDING BY MR NALAKA HEWAMADDUMA
1. Mr. Nalaka Hewamadduma, an Eminent Educator, Speaker, Trainer, Consultant and a Writer in Peak Performance, Mind Body Wellness, Family Enrichment, Character Building and Personal Effectiveness, conducted two workshops at Security Force Headquarters East on 23 and 24 December 2016.\r\n\r\n2. The first workshop was conducted for the Officers and the second was conducted for the SNCOs and NCOs of under command Divisions, Brigades and Battalions of SF (E) AOR. \r\n\r\n3. Both workshops were very educative, interesting and thought provoking. The participants were really pleased for giving them an opportunity to listen to such an eminent speaker like Mr. Nalaka Hewamadduma. The first workshop was on Mindful Leadership and the second outlined the Secrets of Success, Happy Life, Well Being and Achieving Goals.\r\n\r\n4. 143 Officers and 455 ORs participated for the above mentioned workshops.\r\n
