Walk for Sight - Vision 2020 Programme which was organized by Regional Director of Health Service – Ampara for raising funds for the differently able civilians, was conducted from Nuwaragalathenna to Padiyathalawa on 28 and 29 November 2015 with the coordination of 241 Bde and 16 SLNG. 01 x 20 Military personnel with 37 civilians participated for the 1st day programme and 01 x 20 Military personnel with 41 civilians participated for the 2nd day programme. Refreshments and other assistance were extended to the participants as instr by HQ SF(E). Local community also contributed by providing refreshments on both days.
