TWO NEW ACCOMMODATION BLOCKS FOR ORS AT SF HQ (EAST)
Newly constructed two accommodation blocks (26 ’x 100 ’each) have been declared open by the Comd SF (E) Maj Gen KMU Wijeratne USP ndu with a view of enhancing the basic living standards of ORs in SF HQ (E) on 13 September 2016\r\nThese two newly built accommodation blocks are furnished with 154 x beds, 50 ‹ soldier cupboards and roof ceiling made with modern suspensions system and fitted with LED ceiling fittings. \r\nThese two buildings are among the series of constructions work being carried out for inspiring of accommodation and other basic facilities of both Officers and ORs’ of SF HQ (East).A simple opening ceremony followed by an all ranks tea was held and prior to the tea, Comd SF (East) commended the contribution made by the tps including ESR in round the clock, to complete the project within a period of two months.\r\n
