STRESS MANAGEMENT LECTURE CONDUCTED

Following a noble concept initiated by the General Officer Commanding, 22 Infantry Division, Major General HDLS Perera RWP RSP ndc, a lecture on stress management was delivered by Mr. Iron Jayasekara, Training Officer at the National Institute of Social Development, to 100 troops serving in the Battalions under command to the 22 Infantry Division on 26 June 2025.
