On the concept and initiative of the Commander 233 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier Wasantha Hewage, and troops of 233 Infantry Brigade organized a special lunch for the children of Thilakavathiyar girls children home at Kathiiraveli in Batticaloa district.
The programme was conducted on 27th February 2023 in parallel with the 32nd anniversary of the 233 Infantry Brigade. 36 Children and staff members participated in the programme. Commander 233 Infantry Brigade and 03x15 troops were presented to make the event success.
