Giving a boost to the Government's Organic Fertilizer Production Process as per directions of the Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock, troops under the Security Force East on the directions of Major General Channa Weerasuriya, Commander Security Forces East are presently producing Organic Fertilizer at several processing sites located at under command divisions.
Through this project, it is expected to produce 3600 metric tons of compost fertilizer required for the Maha Season 2021 and 1000 metric tons have already produced thus far.
