A lecture to educate Officers serving under command to the Security Force Headquarters (East) on ‘Sri Lanka Army Capstone Doctrine’ got underway at the Security Force Headquarters (East), Welikanda on 13 March 2021.
This lecture was conducted on the guidance given by the Commander Security Force- (East) Major General Channa Weerasuriya through the coordination of the Sri Lanka Army Training Command (ARTRAC).
The Colonel Strategic and Doctrine of the ARTRAC Lt Col Lasith Thabrew educated the gathering.
