LEADERSHIP TRAINING AT SECURITY FORCES (EAST) TERMINATED AFTER CERTIFICATES AWARDEING CEREMONY

In an extraordinary convergence of discipline, determination, and leadership the school prefects from 11 schools in the security forces East AOR who recently participated in a two-day leadership training program conducted at Battalion Training School of 23 Infantry Division, emerged not just as students, but as future leaders.

A training team inclusive of the General Officer Commanding and 06 Officers of the 23 Infantry Division conducted the program, and the workshop skillfully intertwined theoretical explanations with practical demonstrations, delivering a comprehensive learning journey for all the participants involved.

The participants were awarded a certificate after the end of this two-day workshop at the hands of the Commander Security Forces (East), and at the closing ceremony three young leaders from three different nationalities were given a chance to spell out the experience they had during the workshop. The event was further followed by a tea party, which facilitated the young leaders to interact with Commander Security Forces (East) and express their thoughts.
